Emails being sent using the built-in Arigato Email action use Email Credits. Each month you are granted a certain number of free email credits that expire at the end of the month.

SMS text messages being sent using the built-in SMS action use SMS Credits. Each month you are granted a certain number of free SMS credits that expire at the end of the month.

If you need to send additional Emails or SMS messages than what your plan allows you can either purchase a Credit Pack or use your own service provider using one of our built-in integrations.

Arigato Automation can integrate with Twilio for SMS messaging. For emails, you can use your own SendGrid or Gmail account. You can also send emails using any email provider that uses SMTP.

Advanced Actions are two incredibly powerful actions in Arigato: HTTP Request and the Custom Action.

The HTTP Request action type allows you to make REST API calls to any 3rd party integration. The Custom Action allows users with basic coding skills to create a completely unique action with complex capabilities.

Action Credit counts are reset at the beginning of each calendar month. Every action is 1 credit. Email and SMS actions use their own Email Credits and SMS Credits respectively.
